Required Qualifications:

• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Must have experience in operating a computer for debit system.
• Must have excellent attendance work record.
• Must be in good health and be able to do routine bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must be clean, well-groomed and appropriately dressed at all times.
• Must be able to work in conditions of higher than normal heat and humidity.

Job Description:

• Responsible for daily cashier duties at breakfast and during lunch a la carte service.
• Responsible for cleanup and restocking of work area.
• Assist at the school with preliminary food preparation for the program.
• Assist in ordering, accepting food deliveries, rotating, and inventory of store room supplies.
• Assist in other department's preparation.
• Assist in dish room as needed.
• Assist in any other duties deemed necessary by Food Service Director

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires long periods of standing, sitting, and/or walking.
• This position requires lifting up to 50 pounds during the course of the day.
• The position may include possible travel to other schools.

Work Year:

School Calendar Year / Position begins August 2026

Base Wage:

• Class II rate, $15.20 per hour

Benefits:

• Paid sick and personal days, holidays, retirement, snow days, and life insurance per the bargaining unit contract

Schedule:

• M-F 8:00 am - 1:30 pm, 5.5 hours per day
