  Penmac Staffing is now hiring a Driver Helper to assist a local distribution company with deliveries to convenience stores. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. $20.00 per hour Requirements for the Driver Helper:

• Ability to lift to 40 lbs. consistently
• Comfortably working on ramps, stairs, and in a quick-moving environment
• Must be willing to work overnight hours
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen
• Reliable transportation to report to the distribution center
• Class E driver’s license 
• Able to drive Box Trucks and Vans
• Have non skid shoes 

Driver Helper Responsibilities:

• Work Tuesday through Friday with start times between midnight and 2am
• Assist drivers with loading and unloading products
• Support delivery of goods to convenience stores
• Work 10–12-hour shifts
• Occasionally stay overnight once per week; per diem provided
• Always maintain safe handling of products and equipment

Pay:

• Pay is $20 per hour
• Per diem provided when overnight stays are required
• Weekly pay through Penmac Staffing
