About the Position

Our client is seeking Class B Delivery Drivers for local delivery routes in St. Charles, Missouri. This position offers home-daily routes, a competitive hourly rate, and opportunities for overtime.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour, plus overtime
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Start Time: Varies between 4:00 and 5:00 a.m.
• Daily Shift: Approximately 8.5 to 9 hours
• Hours per Week: 40
• Employment Type: Temp to Perm
• Start Date: August 24, 2026
• Home Time: Home daily

Job Details

• Route Type: Local deliveries
• Freight: Produce, dairy, cheese, and other dry grocery products
• Equipment: International and Freightliner automatic 26-foot refrigerated straight trucks
• Handling: No loading required. Drivers unload at delivery locations using two-wheelers and pallet jacks.
• Product Placement: Some deliveries may require placing products in coolers, while others involve dropping off full pallets.
• Stops: Up to 12 or more stops per day

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver products to retail locations, schools, hospitals, hotels, and restaurants.
• Unload products at delivery sites using two-wheelers and pallet jacks.
• Place products appropriately according to customer delivery requirements.
• Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule.
• Operate and maintain the assigned vehicle safely and professionally.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class B CDL
• 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
