CDL-A Dedicated Regional Driver | $1,400 Minimum Guarantee + Home Weekly 

Looking to keep active with a steady regional run through Central and South Florida? We are onboarding dedicated solo drivers out of Ocala, FL for retail store dispatches with guaranteed weekly pay.

• Guaranteed Minimum Pay: $1,400 minimum gross weekly (must be available 5.5 days for dispatch with clean service/safety record)
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,420 gross ($73,780 annual average)
• Top Earners: Up to $1,465 gross weekly ($76,155 annual target)
• Mileage Scale: $0.60 to $0.87 CPM based on verifiable experience
• Route Footprint: 3–4 turns per week (3–5 stops per load) from Ocala covering Miami, Fort Myers, the FL Keys, Tampa, and Orlando
• Freight & Handling: 100% dry freight; physical hand offloading using store rollers (no lumpers/pallet jacks; boxes weigh up to 50 lbs)
• Home Time: Weekly 34-hour home reset

Qualifications & Application

• Driving Experience: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL driving history within the past 6 months.
• Licensing & Physicality: Active Class A CDL, valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate, and physical capability to handle repeated 50 lb manual offloads using store rollers.
• Screening Criteria: Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check. Must pass standard pre-employment DOT drug screenings (urine & hair).
