Just earned your CDL? This program is designed specifically for recent truck driving school graduates who are ready to gain hands-on experience and begin their career as a professional over-the-road driver.
No previous driving experience is required.
Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL
Graduated from a truck driving school within the last 12 months
Ability to meet DOT requirements
Good driving record
Willing to travel for onboarding and complete mentor training
New Driver Onboarding
Qualified candidates will attend a 7-day onboarding program in Tontitown, AR before beginning over-the-road training. (Travel expenses covered)
During onboarding, drivers will:
Meet members of the operations and safety teams
Complete a driving assessment
Participate in additional instruction if necessary
Learn company procedures and expectations
Paid Orientation
$100 Food Stipend
Driver Mentor Program
Following onboarding, drivers will spend a minimum of 10 days on the road with an experienced mentor driver.
Training Pay
Earn a flat rate of $75 per day during training.
After successfully completing the mentor program, drivers will transition into a solo driving position.
After Training
As a solo driver, you will:
Be assigned your own truck
Earn CPM based on your home location and account assignment
Become eligible for bonus opportunities
Begin building valuable over-the-road experience and long-term earning potential
