Responsibilities:

Operate Class A trucks for long-haul transportation across various routes.
Ensure timely delivery of freight while adhering to safety regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and compliance.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and deliveries.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and provide updates on route status.
Handle loading and unloading of cargo as needed, ensuring secure transport.
Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers during deliveries.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of OTR driving experience required.
Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance.
Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission trucks.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Willingness to be away from home for extended periods.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
