Now Hiring: Class A/B CDL Driver – Hazmat

Location: Columbia, SC 29209

Pay: $23.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 5:00 AM

Hours: No set end time; overtime may be required

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a dedicated Class A/B CDL Driver with Hazmat endorsement. This role involves delivering products safely and promptly, unloading the truck at customer stops, and building positive relationships with vendors and customers.

Occasionally, drivers may spend 1–2 nights on the road and receive per diem pay.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, and courteous product delivery

• Load and unload the trailer at customer stops

• Maintain the vehicle in clean and good operating condition

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional vendor relationships

• Follow DOT Hours of Service requirements and delivery schedules

• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality

Requirements

• Class A or B CDL with Hazmat endorsement

• 4–6 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Safe driving record

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented attitude

• Ability to meet physical requirements of loading and unloading

Screening: DOT physical, drug screen, and background check required.
