Our client is seeking a Class A Office Interiors Project Manager | Manhattan, NY with proven experience delivering Class A office interior fit-out projects across Manhattan. This role will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout while managing clients, subcontractors, budgets, and schedules.

Description

As a Class A Office Interiors Project Manager | Manhattan, NY you will:

• Manage Class A office interior projects from inception to completion
• Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors
• Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships
• Track project financials and ensure successful delivery
• Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain project timelines

Profile

A successful Class A Office Interiors Project Manager | Manhattan, NY should have:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial interiors GC
• Experience managing Class A office, corporate, or tenant-fit out projects
• Strong understanding of NYC construction practices and building requirements
