With more than $100M in annual revenue and millions of square feet successfully delivered, the company has recently launched a dedicated Interiors Division to capitalize on growing demand for office, healthcare, and commercial renovation work.

Job Description

  • Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams for smooth execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
  • Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on-site.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets established standards and specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.
  • Assist in project planning and resource allocation as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Superintendent experience managing interior construction projects
  • Experience with office, healthcare, medical office, retail, or commercial renovations preferred
  • Strong understanding of occupied renovation environments
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and schedules simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and highly organized
  • Proven ability to build relationships and lead teams effectively
  • Desire to grow alongside a rapidly expanding business unit
