Class A Delivery Driver

Requirements:

• Possess and maintain Class A CDL
• DOT Health Card
• Must pass random drug/alcohol testing
• Clean driving record
• Clean, neat, professional appearance
• One year minimum delivery truck driver experience
• Excellent attendance is required
• Clean background

The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg.
• The associate must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering product to customer homes/company locations in a safe, professional, and timely manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, and the customer is satisfied.
• Load and unload product from delivery truck into customer home or business
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and directing complaints to Customer Care.
• Adhering to assigned routes and follow time schedule.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Move trailers/containers at the DC by using the Yard Dog

Delivering a wide variety of items by driving a 32' box truck. Following delivery driver routes and time schedules. Loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting, and operating the delivery vehicle.
