Class A Dedicated Truck Driver - CDL Graduates Welcome

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, both experienced professionals and recent CDL school graduates, to join our dedicated team running 100% no-touch dry van freight throughout the Pacific Northwest. New drivers will begin with 4–6 weeks of OTR/regional training alongside an experienced trainer before transitioning onto this dedicated account. Both solo and team drivers are welcome to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,400–$1,800 per week
• $0.52–$0.62 per mile, based on experience
• Trainee pay: $900 per week for 4–6 weeks while training with an experienced driver
• $15 per stop pay
• Monthly safety bonus opportunities

Job Details

• Dedicated running lane out of Sumner, WA, covering routes east and south with return to Sumner
• 100% no-touch freight using 53' dry van trailers
• Mostly night driving
• New or less-experienced drivers run 4–6 weeks OTR/regional with a trainer before starting on the dedicated account
• Weekly home time (not restricted to weekends)
• Solo or team driving positions available
• Orientation held in Sumner, WA
• Typical miles: 2,000–3,000 per week

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years; all criminal offenses subject to safety review
• Cannot have been terminated from most recent employment for any reason
• Solid 10-year work history with no major unexplained gaps outside of school or training; maximum of 6 months unemployment in the last year and 1 year within the last 3 years
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair drug screen
