Class A Company Driver - Entry Level

You earned your Class A CDL. Now turn your training into a full-time regional driving career serving Rochester, New York, and the surrounding Eastern Regional Fleet. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates of accredited CDL schools who have completed at least 120 hours of training. You will begin with paid, one-on-one mentor instruction before transitioning to your own assigned truck.

Compensation

• Training pay: $850 per week
• Expected solo earnings after successfully completing the mentor program: $1,600–$1,800 or more per week
• Paid orientation
• Weekly pay every Friday

Freight and Schedule

You will haul no-touch dry van freight throughout the Eastern Regional Fleet. Weekly or biweekly home time is available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL school
• At least 120 hours of CDL training
• Satisfactory driving record
• Ability to meet U.S. Department of Transportation and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration requirements
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely
