Class A Company Driver - Entry Level

You earned your CDL-A. Now turn your training into a full-time regional driving career based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, with 365 Freight USA. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates of accredited CDL schools who have completed at least 120 hours of training.

You will begin with paid, one-on-one mentor instruction before transitioning to your own assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

Training pay is $850 per week. After successfully completing the mentor program, expected solo earnings are $1,600–$1,800 or more per week. Orientation is paid, and drivers are paid every Friday.

You will haul no-touch dry van freight throughout the Eastern Regional Fleet. Weekly or biweekly home time is available.

To qualify, you must have:

• A valid Class A CDL
• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL school
• At least 120 hours of CDL training
• A satisfactory driving record
• The ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
• A willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely
