    Description

Class A Commercial Regional Driver — Customer Delivery Specialist (Sidney, OH)

    Imagine this

You kick off your shift with a meticulous DOT pre‑trip: itinerary and route numbers double‑checked, trailer temperatures verified, and your vehicle cleared for the day. Each stop is mapped, time windows are tight, and you’re ready to deliver on schedule.

At every customer site, you log arrival and departure times via an electronic timekeeping system, scan the area for potential hazards, confirm it’s safe to unload, and then verify the order with the customer—collecting signatures before heading to the next destination. If a vendor backhaul is assigned, you pivot smoothly and bring it back efficiently.

When the route is complete, you finish strong: fuel, unhook and secure the trailer, close out DOT logs, DVIRs, and any maintenance notes—then join the team for required meetings, safety trainings, and compliance check‑ins. Throughout, you follow company safety policies, driving standards, and operational procedures without compromise.
