365 Freight USA is expanding its fleet operations across the Eastern U.S. corridor, east of I-35, and is seeking safety-focused Class A CDL professionals based in the Scranton, Pennsylvania area. Compensation and Benefits

• Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.
• Base pay of $0.55 per mile for all loaded and empty miles.
• $20 per hour in detention pay beginning after two hours.
• Layover pay and breakdown compensation.
• $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over three months.
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.

Routes and Equipment

• Regional routes throughout the Eastern U.S., east of I-35.
• Weekly home time with a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
• Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
• Strict no-slip-seating policy.
• Tractors equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
• 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.
• Pet and passenger rider programs available from the first day.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
• Clean motor vehicle record and an active DOT medical card.
• For experienced regional drivers: at least three months of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
• Recent CDL school graduates are welcome for the entry-level route.
• Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor.
• Full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000 for eligible trainees.
