- Guaranteed income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.
- Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all miles, loaded and empty.
- Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, plus layover pay and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500, paid over three months.

The position is based in Montgomery, Alabama, and serves predictable regional lanes east of I-35. Drivers return home weekly for a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
- Equipment: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
- Equipment policy: Strict no-slip-seating policy.
- Driver comfort: All tractors are equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
- Freight: 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.

Qualifications and requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Clean motor vehicle record and active DOT Medical Card.
- For experienced regional routes: At least three months of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Recent CDL school graduates are welcome for entry-level routes. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is provided with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
