• Guaranteed income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.
• Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all loaded and empty miles.
• Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, plus layover and breakdown compensation.
• Sign-on bonus: $1,500, paid over three months.

Drivers based in Mobile operate predictable regional lanes east of I-35 and return home weekly for a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.

• Assigned equipment: 2025–2026 Freightliner and Kenworth tractors.

Qualifications and requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and an active DOT medical card.
• For experienced regional routes: At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.
• For entry-level routes: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is available with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
