Compensation and benefits:

• Guaranteed income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.
• Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all loaded and empty miles.
• Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, along with layover pay and breakdown compensation.
• Sign-on bonus: $1,500, paid over three months.

Routes and equipment:

• Predictable schedule: Regional lanes east of I-35, with guaranteed weekly home time for a full 48-hour weekend reset.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
