Compensation and Benefits
- Guaranteed income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.
- Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all loaded and empty miles.
- Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, plus layover and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500, paid over three months.

Routes and Equipment
- Predictable schedule: Regional lanes east of I-35, with weekly home time and a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.

Qualifications and Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).

- Experienced route: At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Entry-level route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is available with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
