- Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all practical miles, loaded and empty.

Drivers based in the Columbia, South Carolina area operate predictable regional lanes throughout the Eastern U.S. corridor east of I-35. The schedule includes weekly home time with a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
- Equipment: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
- Driver assignment: Strict no-slip-seating policy.
- Comfort features: All tractors are equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
- Freight: 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.
- Rider programs: Pet and passenger programs supported from the first day.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record and active DOT Medical Card.
- For experienced regional routes: At least three months of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Recent CDL school graduates are welcome for entry-level routes.
Entry-level drivers may receive up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
