• Guaranteed income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.
• Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all miles, loaded and empty.
• Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, along with layover pay and breakdown compensation.
• Sign-on bonus: $1,500 paid over three months.

The position offers predictable regional lanes east of I-35, with weekly home time and a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset. Drivers are assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors under a strict no-slip-seating policy.

• All tractors are equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
• Freight is 100% no-touch and primarily drop-and-hook.
• Pet and passenger rider programs are available from the first day.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
• Clean motor vehicle record and an active DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• For experienced regional routes: At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.
• For entry-level routes: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is available with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
