Class A CDL Truck Driver

EMR is hiring an experienced Class A CDL Truck Driver to run out of Camden, NJ, covering Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New York. Most driving is highway-based, but traffic can be heavy, so we need drivers who stay calm, safe, and professional behind the wheel. This role will be based out of Camden and typical hours are Monday through Friday 2pm to 10pm. This is a union position which pays $30.63/hr.

What You'll Do

Drive dump trailers and flatbeds to customer sites for live loads and container swapsTransport materials safely to and from job sites and designated drop locationsSecure loads per DOT and company safety standardsCoordinate daily routes and assignments with DispatchWeigh loads at the yard and report trip numbers accuratelyDeliver strong customer service when interacting with customers on-sitePerform other driving and yard duties as needed

What We're Looking For

Valid Class A CDL (required)Minimum 1 year Class A driving experienceDump trailer and flatbed experience requiredKnowledge of DOT and state motor carrier regulationsBasic mechanical knowledge of trucks and trailersStrong safety mindset and attention to detailAbility to work independently and handle tight schedulesProfessional attitude and good customer service skills
