Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and safety-driven Class A CDL Tractor-Trailer Driver to operate within our dedicated regional network serving Las Vegas and the surrounding Southwestern corridors. This role is built for drivers who value consistent miles, modern equipment, and a company that treats safety as its absolute first priority. You will haul dry van freight across key lanes including I-15, I-40, and US-93, with runs connecting Las Vegas to Los Angeles, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, and Reno.

Minimum Qualifications – Non-Negotiable

• Valid and current Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience (recent, within the past 3 years).
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• Zero DUIs or drug-related convictions in the last 5 years.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
• Clean and compliant FMCSA Clearinghouse status.

Compensation and Weekly Scale

• Pay model: CPM (cents per mile) plus stop pay and detention pay.
• Target weekly scale sits around a $1,750 ceiling for qualified drivers running consistent miles.
• Average weekly miles: 2,200 – 2,500.
• Pay is processed every Friday via direct deposit. Weekly settlements provided.
• Performance bonus: $500 per quarter for perfect safety score (no accidents, no violations, no cargo claims).
