Dispatching from the South Bend, Indiana, terminal hub, this position is designed for solo drivers seeking premium equipment, reliable miles, and consistent weekend home time. Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
• One year of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience within the last two years.

Fleet Responsibilities

• Safely transport dry van freight across national 48-state shipping lanes.
• Efficiently manage preloaded and drop-and-hook customer freight with no load handling required.
• Perform routine daily pre-trip and post-trip commercial vehicle safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) hours-of-service records in accordance with applicable safety regulations.
