Weekly Home Time With Strong OTR Earnings
LEM Trucking is hiring experienced CDL A truck drivers in the Fort Worth, Texas area for an OTR dry van position. This fleet provides a combination of consistent freight, scheduled weekly home time, and established operating lanes throughout the southern and central United States.
Drivers can expect structured load planning throughout the week rather than constantly changing freight patterns. The goal is to provide productive mileage, dependable weekly earnings, and a schedule that allows drivers to return home regularly.
Established Southern and Central Freight Lanes
The operating area focuses primarily on southern and central regions of the country. Drivers run established lanes that provide familiarity with customers and freight patterns while still offering the mileage expected from an OTR position.
All freight is 100 percent no touch. A large portion of the loads are drop and hook, while remaining shipments are handled through scheduled live pickup or delivery appointments. Drivers are not responsible for physically loading or unloading cargo.
Pay and Weekly Reset
Average earnings range from $1,500 to $1,800 per week depending on mileage and verified driving experience. Qualifying detention and layover compensation is available when applicable.
Drivers are scheduled to return home each week for a minimum 34 hour reset. This provides regular time off while allowing drivers to maintain productive OTR mileage during the workweek.
Position details include:
$1,500 to $1,800 average weekly pay
Home weekly for a minimum 34 hour reset
100 percent no touch dry van freight
Drop and hook freight along with scheduled live appointments

Eligible drivers can enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days. Additional benefits include a retirement plan and paid time off.
