LEM Trucking is hiring a CDL A Truck Driver in Raleigh, NC for a position offering consistent freight, strong weekly earnings, and dependable home time. Drivers average $1,500 to $1,600 per week and receive a minimum pay guarantee for additional income stability when freight or mileage fluctuates.

This position gets drivers home every other weekend for a guaranteed 48-hour reset. During the week, you will run established regional and OTR freight lanes with dispatch focused on keeping miles available and limiting unnecessary downtime.

Freight and Weekly Schedule

Drivers haul no-touch dry van freight consisting of both drop-and-hook and live load or unload customers. Consistent freight volume provides steady opportunities to keep moving throughout the week.

Equipment and Driver Comfort

Drivers operate 2019 to 2023 Freightliner Cascadias equipped with refrigerators, inverter systems, SiriusXM capability, and sleeper configurations designed for time on the road. Qualified drivers may also take advantage of available rider and pet programs.

CDL A Driver Requirements

Applicants must hold a valid Class A CDL and have at least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years. Drivers must also meet applicable DOT qualification standards and maintain an acceptable driving record.
