Consistent no-touch freight and planned dispatch keep this Richmond account moving steadily throughout the week. Drivers run a mix of drop and hook and live load freight designed to maintain reliable mileage while reducing downtime between loads.
This Class A CDL Truck Driver position averages 2,500–3,000 miles weekly with routes structured around repeat freight lanes instead of constantly shifting schedules. Drivers who prefer predictable dispatch and organized freight flow tend to do well in this fleet.
Home time is scheduled every other week with six days home per month. Guaranteed pay begins after 30 days, helping provide income stability during slower freight periods. Additional earnings opportunities include quarterly performance raises along with detention and layover compensation when applicable.
Equipment includes 2020+ Kenworth T680 trucks equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, and driver comfort features designed for longer runs. Trucks are maintained regularly to help reduce downtime and support consistent operations.
