Guaranteed Weekly Income Without New York City Routes

LEM Trucking is hiring for a regional Class A CDL Truck Driver position in Allentown, Pennsylvania. This fleet combines guaranteed weekly earnings with regular weekend home time and an operating area that does not include New York City deliveries.

Qualified drivers earn between $1,300 and $1,500 per week with guaranteed pay based on the applicable compensation structure. Routes run primarily through portions of the Midwest and Southeast, providing enough territory to maintain consistent freight movement while avoiding NYC traffic and deliveries.

Your Weekly Schedule

Drivers remain productive during the week and return home every weekend for a full 48 hour reset. Freight consists of dry van loads with a mixture of drop and hook assignments and scheduled live load appointments. All freight is no touch.

A Class A CDL Truck Driver may also receive additional compensation for qualifying detention, layover, and breakdown time. Safety incentives and a sign on bonus may be available based on current eligibility requirements.

Assigned Equipment and Benefits

Drivers operate 2019 through 2023 Freightliner Cascadia tractors. Trucks include automatic transmissions, refrigerators, televisions, SiriusXM, and DirectTV. Company paid truck washes are provided for assigned equipment.

Benefits available to a Class A CDL Truck Driver include BCBS medical coverage, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays, vacation pay, and a retirement plan with company matching contributions. An optional per diem program is also available.

Eligible drivers may participate in rider and pet programs. Paid orientation includes transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals.

Class A CDL Truck Driver Requirements

Applicants need a valid Class A CDL with at least six months of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience during the previous three years. Drivers must satisfy DOT qualification requirements and company driving record standards.
