Pay Rate: $31.00 per hour ($50 daily per diem for overnights)

Schedule:

• Regional routes
• Average start time is 7 AM
• Monday - Friday
• May be out 2 - 3 nights per week (Stay in a hotel, not a truck)

Job Duties

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles (26,000+ lbs.) to complete local and regional delivery routes while maintaining DOT compliance and on-time performance.
• Load, unload, and deliver products to customer locations, handling materials up to 50 pounds and ensuring accurate, damage-free deliveries.
• Conduct pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections, promptly reporting maintenance needs, equipment issues, accidents, or delivery delays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building strong client relationships, obtaining delivery confirmations, collecting payments when required, and representing the company professionally.
• Navigate varying road, traffic, weather, and loading dock conditions while demonstrating safe driving practices and maintaining a clean, organized vehicle.
• Complete required DOT and company documentation, support warehouse and loading activities as needed, and follow all food safety, transportation, and company safety standards.

Driving Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• DOT Medical Card
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR
• 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)

As a Class A CDL Delivery Driver you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service.
