Job Description

Account: Kraft Eastern Regional - Dry: This dedicated dry van driver position operated primarily between Iowa, Illinois and Ohio with occasional loads to Georgia. Drivers must attend a Drug/Qualification Program in Columbus, OH. *Recent CDLA Graduates/No Experience, Trainees welcomed!

Position Details:

• Home Time: Once a week with 34-hour restart
• Shift: Both Day and Night
• Hiring Location: Gary, IN
• Mileage Pay: Starting at $0.60/mile based on months experience
• Stop Pay: $25
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,400
• Average Miles Per Week: 2,200
• Load/Unload: Live load, live unload, preload, drop and hook
• Weekend/Holiday: May be required depending on customer capacity

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A (Class A CDL)
• 21+ Years of Age
• First Seat Experienced Drivers, 1-Year Experienced Drivers
• *Recent CDLA Graduates/No Experience, Trainees must have 120 hours of CDL Truck School and go through training as per below
• Must Meet Company Hiring Standards
• ALL drivers will be required to take a new DOT physical and Drug test.
• Drivers must attend a Drug/Qualification Program in Columbus, OH

*Trainees- This is a paid one-on-one mentor training for 4-6 weeks. This paid mentor program helps prepare you to operate safely and confidently as a solo driver. Qualified CDL school graduates train one-on-one with an experienced driver while earning $650 week. After successfully completing training, you will receive an assigned truck and move into the account above.
