Soccer Shots Territory Coordinator in Clark County and play a vital role in building community through our programs in Washington. We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and growth-minded individual to join our team! This is a unique opportunity to play an important role in strengthening and growing Soccer Shots within an assigned territory. Initially, the coordinator position will focus heavily on coaching existing classes, building relationships with families, and becoming a consistent, reliable presence in the community.
As the territory develops, the coordinator will begin training and mentoring additional coaches, supporting program operations, and collaborating with our leadership team on opportunities to expand programming and reach more children. Our long-term vision is for this individual to grow alongside the territory, gradually transitioning from primarily coaching classes to developing and leading a team of coaches.
We are looking for someone who will play a vital role in Clark County Washington- Coach classes using the Soccer Shots curriculum
- Train apprentice coaches in best practices for behavior management
- Call, Email and Visit preschool/daycare locations in both cold call and warm lead scenarios
- Communicate effectively with schools and partners, ability to close on contract agreements for new programs
- Partner with leadership team to translate sales plans into action
- Demonstrate strong time management and self-motivation to operate independently and efficiently

Schedule - Must be willing and able to work Wednesday through Sunday (off Monday & Tuesday) in Clark County, Washington (est. 30hrs/wk)
Requirements - Must be able to complete an extensive background check with clearance to work in a childcare setting.
Must have a valid and clean drivers license and reliable vehicle to drive to/from office and classes.
Must have a clean driving record with no history of accidents or reckless driving and therefore eligible for company car insurance.
Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Google’s document structure and spreadsheets. They must record critical data in company spreadsheets and systems. Must be detail oriented and comfortable with a laptop, learning new systems.
Language Ability - Strong communicator required with the ability to write and track reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from the general public.
