About the Role
Picture your afternoon starting at 2:30 PM in a high-traffic warehouse where accuracy and pace matter. You power up a clamp truck, review WMS instructions, and begin staging outbound freight with care. By 11:00 PM, you've moved the day forward—sometimes later when overtime calls (until 1:00 AM, or on occasion a full 4:00 PM–4:00 AM stretch). This is a temp-to-hire opportunity based in Minooka, IL, where your skills with a clamp attachment turn into results everyone can see.

Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $22/hour
- Shift: 2nd shift, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
- Mandatory OT as needed: 2:30 PM–1:00 AM or 4:00 PM–4:00 AM
What You'll Do
From the first pick to the final staged pallet, you will:
- Operate a clamp truck with precision to move, load, and stage product.
- Read, interpret, and follow WMS order instructions; enter data into WMS accurately.
- Proactively spot and resolve process issues before they affect customers.
- Identify and act on damaged product at any point in the workflow.
- Pull orders accurately; stage by carrier and verify pallet counts and stage locations.
- Prepare receiving, storage, and shipping paperwork, maintaining product accountability end-to-end.
- Follow all site Safety and Security procedures; maintain clean, organized work areas.
- Perform general warehouse tasks as assigned; may operate other forklifts or warehouse machinery.
What You Bring
- 1+ year of recent clamp truck operation in a warehouse environment.
- Comfort with English instructions, basic math, and both written and verbal communication.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and navigate busy aisles on foot.
- Experience with WMS data entry and order processing.
- Flexibility to work assigned overtime and weekends.
- Knowledge of additional material-handling equipment is a plus.
