Role Overview:
The Claims Specialist supports IHCDA's mission by reviewing, analyzing, and processing claims from subgrantees to ensure only eligible costs are reimbursed. They provide guidance to program staff on federal compliance, maintain accurate program and award data in IHCDA's systems, and help partners troubleshoot technical issues. The role also includes daily reporting of claim activity and keeping all program procedure documents up to date.
Salary Statement:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $25,766.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports:
This role may be utilized in a supervisory capacity based on agency needs.
