Claims Risk Manager

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS), a leading nationwide rental car outsourcing company, is looking for the next great leader as a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location.

Manage end to end claims handling for auto and employment matters, including insurance coverage analysis, investigation, negotiations, settlement and pre-suit resolution. Supervise outside counsel on litigation and coverage disputes. Assist with workers compensation matters.

A Claims Risk Manager is responsible for overseeing the claims process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing strategies to mitigate risks associated with claims. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to create effective case plans and manage claims efficiently.
