Claims Research Specialist

Join a fast-paced Auto Insurance claims support team as a Customer Research Specialist in Bedford, TX! In this onsite role, you’ll assist customers with Auto claims, review auto repair estimates, support subrogation follow-up, and maintain accurate claim records. Customer Research Specialist (CRS) - Auto Claims

Location Bedford, TX | Onsite

Compensation & Schedule

• $20 to $21.00 per hour

• Full-time hours (schedule to be confirmed) - 8am to 5:00pm 

• W2 contract

• 60-day contract with potential 30-day extensions

Role Impact

The Customer Resolution Specialist (CRS) supports Auto claims operations by resolving customer inquiries, reviewing documentation, and assisting with subrogation-related communication. This role ensures accurate information flow between auto claimants, internal adjusters, and recovery teams, contributing to faster auto claim resolution and improved customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding Auto claims

• Assist with documentation review and estimate clarification across multiple platforms

• Support subrogation follow-up and recovery communication about the automobile

• Maintain accurate claim notes and system updates

Minimum Qualifications

1+ year(s) of experience with Automotive Claims

***PNC and/or Medical experience does not qualify for this role

• Ability to read and understand repair estimates from multiple estimating systems

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Core Tools & Systems

• Claims management systems

• Estimate review platforms (e.g., Xactimate or similar)

• Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills

• Prior subrogation support experience

• High-volume call or claims support background

• Strong attention to detail
