    Description

    • Strong knowledge of standard property and casualty insurance statutes, regulations, and practices; casualty/liability claims adjusting, including analyzing and coordinating disposition of claims.
    • Good supervisory practices.
    • Hiring and training of claims department staff.
    • Review problem files, i.e., insured disputing denials.
    • Prepare our claim files for annual audits.
    • Direct claims staff with coverage issues.
    • Report all E&O exposures to the CEO with full details and claim file.
    • Recommend and assign attorneys.
    • Interview adjusting firms to determine if they are compatible with our needs.
    • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role and must have commercial claims experience.
