Insurance Claims Manager Claims Supervisor Team Leader Leadership Commercial Auto General Liability Automobile Insurance Commercial Claims Personal Bodily Injury Property Damage _ .

Seeking a Claims Supervisor to oversee Bodily Injury and Property Damage Claims Adjusters in the Non Standard Automobile department.

Duties: 

• Assign workflow in accordance with complexity and assist junior adjusters with complex claims.

• Manage documentation, litigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of claims.

• Analyze and approve insurance claims payments. Ensure that they conform to quality and production standards.

• Review and improve strategies and processes.

• Hire, train, and monitor department staff.

Requirements: 

• Bachelors or equivalent industry experience.

• 7+ years of Claims Adjusting and supervisory experience including direct involvement with Non Standard Auto Bodily Injury evaluation.
