Seeking a Manager to direct the activities of a team of 5-7 private automobile bodily injury claims adjusters.
RESOLVE coverage and liability issues
GUIDE adjusters with technical challenges
ANALYZE contracts
PARTICIPATE in settlement negotiations
ALLOCATE expenses and adequate reserves
PROVIDE statistical analysis results, relative to claims inventory and trends, to executive management
Claims Manager must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop streamlined claims handling techniques. Desire a 4-year degree and a minimum of 4 years in claims management, but will consider equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
