About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Claims Analyst Contractor to support operations. This role is a great fit for someone who is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in reviewing and troubleshooting data discrepancies in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The Claims Analyst Contractor will be responsible for reviewing pharmacy claims and vendor program data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing. This position works closely with internal teams, pharmacies, and third-party vendors to research issues, resolve discrepancies, and maintain data integrity across operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and validate incoming claims and vendor-related data
• Monitor reports and identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent claim information
• Investigate discrepancies and communicate with vendors or pharmacies to resolve data issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of claim reviews, corrections, and follow-up actions
• Collaborate with departments including IT, Accounting, and Customer Service to support operational processes
• Assist with identifying process improvement opportunities and workflow efficiencies
• Support onboarding and termination activities related to pharmacy programs
• Ensure adherence to company procedures, deadlines, and compliance standards
• Perform additional administrative and analytical support tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
• Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, or claims systems preferred
• Prior experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, claims processing, or data analysis is a plus
