Overview:

PartnerSource, a partner of Gallagher's, provides an innovative alternative to traditional workers’ compensation for Texas employers through Occupational Injury Benefit Programs. As a leading consulting firm in this specialized market, PartnerSource helps businesses design, implement, and optimize their programs while providing strategic guidance focused on risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and employee care.

How you'll make an impact:
  • Handle benefit appeals and support claims-related engagement activities
  • Audit claims files along with completing review active cases for recommendations
  • Review TPA systems and evaluate coverage concerns
  • Ensure claim letters are accurate, complete, and appropriately drafted before client meetings
  • Support attorney Team Leaders by:
    • Reviewing how claims were investigated and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Identifying missing information or exposures
    • Helping the team stay proactive rather than reactive
    • Participate in customized client engagement activities based on client needs
    • Assist with ERISA compliance claim audits
    • Review denied benefit claims that move into ERISA appeals
About you:

Required:

  • 3 years of relevant claims experience, with adjuster experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including responsiveness
  • Excellent analytical, time management, and organizational skills, including ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage large volumes of information

Preferred: 

  • Experience in occupational injury claims
  • Liability claims experience is preferred
  • Strong investigative/analytical mindset
  • Comfortable digging into claim details and identifying issues
  • Ability to articulate recommendations clearly, positively, and professionally
  • Familiarity with non-subscription claims is preferred

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
