    • Confirm base and cladding material identity, grade, thickness, and overall condition.
    • Prepare both material and equipment: perform approved cleaning, surface prep, alignment, and setup.
    • Set parameters and operate the bonding equipment within defined limits.
    • Continuously observe material flow and machine behavior—identify misalignment, surface flaws, unusual sounds, or other anomalies.
    • Inspect output using visual checks, measurements, and specified tests; capture results exactly as required.
    • Flag, separate, and report any nonconforming material following site procedures.
    • Make permitted adjustments and partner with supervisors, maintenance, and quality to troubleshoot issues.
    • Document production, quality checks, and downtime accurately and on time.
    • Perform routine operator inspections, light cleaning, and escalate equipment or tooling concerns promptly.
    • Work safely at all times, including machine guarding, lockout/tagout, proper material handling, and required PPE.
    • Keep your area orderly and contribute to quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
