ASSISTANT SWIM COACH

Centerville Junior High School is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic individual to join our athletic program as an Assistant Swim Coach. We are committed to fostering student growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship, and we are looking for coaches who share that vision. Qualified candidates should have relevant experience and a strong commitment to supporting student success both in and out of the pool.

General Expectations:

• Promote a positive and inclusive environment for all student-athletes
• Assist with practices, meets, and other team activities
• Emphasize skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all school and district policies and procedures
