Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a transportation team based in the Indianapolis office.
Provide oversight and guidance on local, state, and federal highway projects.
Collaborate with senior leadership, reporting directly to the Indiana Transportation Director.
Offer leadership for a wide array of projects, including specialty transportation work.
Work alongside talented teams of professionals across various disciplines, including transportation, water resources, and structural engineering.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana.
10+ years of experience in designing transportation infrastructure projects.
5+ years of experience managing projects and leading project teams.
Experience working on public sector design projects (e.g., state, county, or municipal).
Strong project management skills, leadership capabilities, and ability to develop client relationships.
Excellent problem-solving skills, time management, and attention to detail.
