Job Description: 
Your job as the civil superintendent is to complete organizational and project management responsibilities to effectively lead the construction team and ensure they have all the resources they need. 
 
Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily field operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project plans and specifications. 
· Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain productivity and quality standards. 
· Plan and manage construction activities, including scheduling labor, equipment, and material deliveries. 
· Monitor project progress and identify potential issues, implementing solutions to minimize delays and maintain project objectives. 
· Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable safety regulations. 
· Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality of work and adherence to project specifications. 
· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve field issues and support project execution. 
· Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure work is performed accurately and efficiently. 
· Maintain daily reports documenting project progress, manpower, equipment usage, and site activities. 
· Manage site logistics and coordinate work between multiple trades to maintain an organized and efficient jobsite. 
· Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to support successful project delivery. 
· Monitor labor productivity and equipment utilization to improve efficiency and control costs. 
· Participate in project meetings and provide updates on schedule, progress, and field conditions. 
· Support project closeout activities, including completion of punch list items and turnover documentation. 
· Promote a positive work environment through effective leadership, communication, and collaboration with project teams.

Key Qualifications:
  •  Experience managing large-scale civil construction projects, preferably mission-critical or data center facilities. 
  •  Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, underground utilities, concrete foundations, and site development. 
  •  Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and utility construction drawings. 
  •  Proficiency with scheduling and project management software. 
  •  Extensive understanding of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and construction best practices. 
  •  Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
