Civil Project Manager

Our client is a full-service construction firm with more than 100 years of experience and a strong reputation across Ohio. They provide General Contracting, Construction Management, and Design-Build services across healthcare, higher education, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and public sector markets. The Columbus operation continues to grow, with a strong backlog of projects and a team that has built lasting relationships with clients throughout Central Ohio. Lead projects from preconstruction through final closeout. Take ownership of budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor coordination. Manage healthcare and higher education projects throughout Central Ohio. Build strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project teams. Lead project meetings and keep all stakeholders aligned on progress, costs, and schedule. Identify potential issues early and work with the team to keep projects moving. A successful Civil Project Manager should have: 7+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction. Experience with healthcare, higher education, institutional, or similarly complex projects. Strong understanding of construction budgets, schedules, contracts, and project controls. Experience with Bluebeam, Sage/Timberline, Procore, or similar construction software. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and knows how to get ahead of problems.

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000+ (flexible based on experience). Employee ownership through an ESOP program. Annual bonus potential and 401(k) benefits.
