Manage multiple civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Oversee project financial performance, including forecasting, cost tracking, and change order management. Coordinate project activities with owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams. Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documentation to ensure successful execution. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company standards. Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to mitigate delays and cost overruns. Support procurement efforts, subcontractor selection, and material purchasing. Collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure efficient field operations and project delivery. Monitor quality control throughout all project phases. Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities.
