Job Description:
Seeking a Civil Project Engineer to manage civil and architectural project packages on a large capital project. This is an
owner's representative role focused on scope management, change control, and stakeholder coordination rather than hands-
on field engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage civil and architectural packages, including secondary steel, ceilings, roofing, flooring, drywall, and painting.
Review design documents, constructability, scope completeness, and change orders.
Coordinate with EPCM partners, design firms, and construction contractors.
Track scope, cost, schedule, quality, and project risks.
Lead coordination meetings and drive issues to resolution.
