Job Title: Civil Project Engineer
Location: Lebanon, IN

Job Description

Seeking a Civil Project Engineer to manage civil and architectural project packages on a large capital project. This is an owner's representative role focused on scope management, change control, and stakeholder coordination rather than hands-on field engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage civil and architectural packages, including secondary steel, ceilings, roofing, flooring, drywall, and painting.
• Review design documents, constructability, scope completeness, and change orders.
• Coordinate with EPCM partners, design firms, and construction contractors.
• Track scope, cost, schedule, quality, and project risks.
• Lead coordination meetings and drive issues to resolution.

Required Skills

• 5 10 years of project engineering or project management experience.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar project scopes, ideally $10 15M+.
• Pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or chemical industry experience preferred.
• Strong scope management, change control, and coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
