Civil PE Engineer

System One is partnering with an architectural firm seeking a Civil PE Engineer in the Rogers, Arkansas area. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and inspire within a collaborative team environment in site development and land development projects.
  • Work closely with team members, mentoring EITs and designers to foster growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate on project planning, design, and execution for land development initiatives.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in site development and land development.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
