$50,000–$70,000 | Direct Hire | Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Established Lakeland law firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This is a drafting-intensive position for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high-volume caseload.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong civil litigation drafting experience, including pleadings, motions, discovery and responses
Working knowledge of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
Experience managing litigation deadlines and calendars
Florida e-Portal/e-filing experience strongly preferred
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Paralegal certification or 4-year degree preferred
